AL-Ahsan Islamic Foundation is a premier Montessori community, inspiring Islamic values, academic excellence and nurturing human potential. Our accreditation gives parents the assurance that our institution meets the desired needs of Islamic Obligations and Practices along with an aim to provide an authentic Montessori education.

As per recognized Montessori early childhood program, we accept children from 2 years 6 months to 5 years 5 months of age.

Areas of learning include spoken and written languages (English & Urdu), reading, mathematics, cultural studies (geography, history and science), art, sensorial work (sensory awareness) and practical life skills. Special area of study is the recitation of Qaaida with correct tajweed. Other learning areas such as physical education, library, are part of the standard curriculum.

Montessori is an innovative, child-centered approach to learning, developed by Ahsan Islamic School observed how quickly the children absorb knowledge from their surroundings and when given freedom to follow their interests, how joyfully they teach themselves.

The goal of Montessori education is to foster a child natural inclination to learn.

A three year plan is approved at Al Ahsan Islamic School for Montessori.

Hands on learning approach are practiced throughout the years to develop the various skills.

The Montessori approach values the development of the whole child the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

The program is aimed towards preparing the child for reading and writing.

Montessori education gives the opportunity to children to develop their potential towards learning as they grow up to be a respectful, responsible and independent human being. Through the system children inherit the desire to learn.

  • Each child is valued as a unique individual. Montessori education recognizes that children learn at their own pace and in their own way, each advancing through the curriculum as he is ready under the guidance of the teacher.
